Free Shipping on Orders Over $99:

We're thrilled to offer free shipping on all orders over $99. This fantastic deal is our way of showing appreciation for your business. For orders below $99, a flat shipping fee will be applied.

Adult Signature Requirement:

For your security and to ensure the responsible delivery of our products, an adult signature will be required upon the delivery of your order. This precaution helps us maintain the integrity of our services and products.

Bulk Orders for Better Savings:

To maximize your savings and convenience, we encourage you to consider buying in bulk. Purchasing larger quantities not only offers better value but also reduces the frequency of orders.

Regional Restrictions:

– We are unable to ship Delta 8 products to Kentucky at this time.
– We are unable to ship Vape Related products at this time to the following states: KY, NV, OR, UT, and WA. This includes Cartridges, Disposables, and any vape device hardware (i.e. Lookah products).

Shipping Disclaimer: THC-A Product Restrictions

Please be advised that we are unable to ship THC-A products to the following states where their sale and receipt is prohibited by law: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.

Order Fulfillment:

We understand that you're excited to receive your order, and we strive to process and ship all orders within 24 to 72 hours after they are placed. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Eastern Shipments: Estimated delivery time for orders shipped to Eastern regions is 1-5 business days.
  • Western Shipments: Estimated delivery time for orders shipped to Western regions is 3-20 business days.

Holiday Season and Surge Sales:

During busy holiday seasons or times of high demand due to surge sales, our processing time may extend up to 5 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such periods as we work diligently to fulfill your order.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive an email notification containing your tracking information. This will allow you to keep track of your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Order Processing Hours:

Orders are processed from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.

Refound Policy

Our policy only allows 14 days for hardware. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we CAN NOT provide you a refund or exchange. Additionally, as long as your order has not been arrived, you may cancel it. Your order CANNOT be canceled once it has left our facility and dispatched. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.

There are NO REFUNDS on sale items.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

If an item has been opened, there are some items that cannot be returned. We DO NOT accept refunds on any E-LIQUID goods due to health regulations. E-Liquid in bottles, pods, or disposable vape devices are examples of this, but they are not the only ones.

We need your proof of purchase in order to process your refund.

In some circumstances, only partial returns are permitted (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original state, is broken when it arrives or is missing pieces for causes other than our mistake.

The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you reside.
Use a trackable shipping provider if the item you are mailing costs more than $75. We can't always promise that we'll get your returned item, so please keep that in mind.

Refunds (if applicable) 
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.
Once your refund has been completed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original mode of payment, depending on whether you were authorized or not. It could take up to 5 business days for refunds or credits to appear on your account. Any returns that are necessary for orders that were made due to customer error or that were missing items from the original packing will incur a $35 restocking fee.

Missing or Delayed Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund hasn't been posted after 5 business days, call your bank and credit card company to VERIFY that it hasn't already been posted.

Please email if you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund.

Loss or Theft of Packages
Delta Cloudz is not held responsible for ANY lost or stolen packages. We are aware of how annoying it might be to not get your order. We have NO CONTROL over the carrier once your order has shipped, so we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package. For a claim, please get in touch with the shipping company that handled your order's delivery.

Items on Sale (if applicable)
Only items with standard prices may be reimbursed. Sale items can't, regrettably, be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email at and send your item to 2340 NW 27th Ave. Miami, FL 33142 if you'd want to exchange it for an identical item.

Gifts You will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item has been received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
