What Are Snow Cone Pre-Rolls

Snow Cone pre-rolls are hemp flower joints infused with THCA diamonds on the inside and coated with diamond concentrate on the outside. When heated, THCA converts to Delta-9 THC. The diamond coating slows the burn and adds a concentrated cannabinoid layer on top of the base flower.
