7-Hydroxymitragynine, usually written 7-OH, is an alkaloid found in the leaves of Mitragyna speciosa — the kratom plant. It occurs naturally in very small amounts, so the tablets sold here use concentrated extract rather than leaf powder. Every product on this page is a kratom product, not a hemp product.

7-OH and Pseudo are not the same thing

Some tablets pair 7-OH with pseudoindoxyl, a separate compound derived from mitragynine. Viperx also sells pseudoindoxyl on its own at 30mg. Read the product title before ordering: 7-Hydroxy, Pseudo and 7-Hydroxy + Pseudo are three different products at three different strengths.

How these are taken

Chewed, or held under the tongue and then swallowed. Tablets are scored so they can be halved. Start with half a tablet and wait before taking more — onset runs roughly 30 to 90 minutes, so it is easy to redose too early. Do not exceed the amount printed on the pack in 24 hours.

Before you order

Kratom is not covered by the 2018 Farm Bill and is regulated differently from the hemp products on this site. It is banned in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin, and by some cities and counties elsewhere. Check your own state and municipality before ordering.

Is 7-OH a cannabinoid?

No. It comes from kratom, an entirely different plant from hemp. It is not a cannabinoid and is not covered by hemp regulation.

What is the difference between 7-OH and pseudoindoxyl?

Two different compounds. Pseudoindoxyl derives from mitragynine and is sold separately at 30mg, or combined with 7-OH in the “Pseudo” tablets.

How strong are these tablets?

Between 30mg and 40mg per tablet depending on the product, which is far more concentrated than kratom leaf powder. They are intended for people already familiar with kratom, not for a first try.

Are these tablets lab tested?

Yes, all three brands are third-party tested for purity and potency.

Is kratom legal where I live?

It depends. Six states ban it outright and some cities restrict it separately. Check local regulations before ordering.
