How to Turn On an Urb Vape
All button-activated models use the same power sequence: press the button 5 times quickly within 2 seconds. The LED will flash 3 times to confirm the device is on. To power off, repeat the 5-click sequence. If the device does not respond, check that the button is not stuck or that you are pressing it fast enough, the 5 clicks must happen within a 2-second window.
The Toke Station is draw-activated and does not have a power button. Pull from the mouthpiece to activate it directly. No button sequence is needed.
Urb Fly High: Settings and Instructions
The The Fly High is a 3.5G all-in-one disposable with three voltage settings. It uses THCA live resin and Delta-9 THC in a ceramic coil device with USB-C recharging and a preheat function.
Voltage Settings

Urb Toke Station: Instructions
The Toke Station is a 510-thread cartridge device, not a standalone disposable. It is draw-activated and does not require a button sequence to use. Attach the cartridge by threading it clockwise until finger-tight. Do not overtighten.
The Toke Station has no built-in voltage control. Output is set by the battery it connects to. If you are using it with a variable voltage battery, start at medium (around 3.0V) for live resin cartridges. If draw resistance increases or vapor quality drops, try a lower setting and check that the cartridge is not clogged.

Urb Aerovape: Settings and Instructions
The Aerovape is a disposable device with an airflow control ring at the base. Rotate the ring to adjust draw resistance: counter-clockwise opens airflow for a lighter, more airy pull; clockwise restricts it for a tighter, denser draw.
The Aerovape is button-activated. Power on with 5 clicks. Voltage adjustments follow the same 3-click cycle as the Fly High. USB-C charging port is at the base.

How to Charge Urb Vapes
All models at DeltaCloudz use USB-C charging at the base. Charge time is 30 to 45 minutes from empty on the Fly High and Aerovape. The LED will change behavior when fully charged, usually turning off or shifting from pulsing to solid. Do not leave charging overnight.
If vapor production drops significantly and the oil window shows oil remaining, the battery needs charging rather than the device being empty.
Urb Vape Not Working: Troubleshooting Guide
No vapor despite pressing the button
Charge the device via USB-C for 30 minutes and try again. Confirm the device is powered on with 5 clicks. Remove any protective packaging from the mouthpiece. If LED lights but no vapor: the oil may be depleted or the coil may need preheat. Press twice for preheat mode and wait 15 seconds before drawing.
Clogged mouthpiece
Draw gently through the mouthpiece for 5 seconds without pressing the button. Warm the device in your palm for 2 minutes. Activate preheat (2 clicks) and try drawing again. Horizontal storage is the most common cause of mouthpiece clogs. Store upright between sessions.
Weak vapor or harsh hit
Lower the voltage setting with 3 clicks until the LED shows blue (low). Let the device sit upright for 3 minutes before drawing. If the oil level is low, tilt the device slightly toward the coil position before use.
LED blinks but device does not fire
A rapid blink without vapor usually means low battery. Charge via USB-C. If the device blinks on the first draw of a new charge, the oil may be cold. Use preheat (2 clicks) first.
