A hash hole is a pre-roll built around a rod of solid hemp concentrate. Ground flower goes on the outside, a firm core of hash or rosin runs through the middle, and the whole thing is rolled so the core stays centered from tip to filter. The name comes from what you see when you look down the unlit end: a hole of hash surrounded by flower.
The format matters because of where the concentrate sits. Most infused pre-rolls either mix concentrate into the flower or coat the outside of the paper. A hash hole keeps it isolated in the middle, so it burns on its own schedule rather than all at once.

How to Make a Hash Hole Step by Step
Making your own takes practice. The first two will be uneven. That is normal.
- Warm the syringe. Run it under warm water or hold it in your hand for a few minutes. Cold concentrate will not dispense evenly and you will fight it the whole way.
- Grind your flower medium-coarse. Too fine and it packs around the core and chokes the airflow. You want it loose enough to breathe.
- Lay the base layer. Spread flower along the paper as you normally would, but leave a channel down the middle.
- Dispense the core. Run a straight line of concentrate down that channel — roughly 0.3 to 0.5G for a 2G joint. On a Booster Shot that is one graduation mark, which is why the printed barrel helps. Keep it centered and off the paper edges, or it will burn through the side.
- Cover and roll. Add flower over the top so the core is fully enclosed, then roll firmly. Firmer than a normal joint, but not so tight that it will not draw.
- Let it set. Stand it upright for 20 to 30 minutes before smoking. The concentrate needs to firm back up, and this is the step most people skip.
