Preheating isn't just a Duo feature a quick warm-up helps any Big Chief cart or disposable, especially in cold weather when THCA oil thickens and the first few draws come out thin.
For a standard 510-thread cart on a variable-voltage battery: set the battery to its lowest voltage and take two or three short pulls without holding the button too long. That gently warms the oil before your first real hit.
For a draw-activated disposable: there's no preheat button, so warm the device in your hand for about 30 seconds before drawing. If your disposable has a button, a couple of short warm-up puffs do the same job. The goal is the same either way loosen the oil so vapor comes through smooth and full from the very first draw, instead of thin and harsh.
How to Fix Common Big Chief Vape Issues
Not hitting / no vapor: For carts — check battery connection and make sure battery is charged. For disposables — check for silicone caps and try a firmer draw. Charge via USB-C if oil is visible but vapor is weak.
